Parking was a total disaster—there were no clear markings, and it felt like two cars were crammed into space meant for three. I ended up having to park on the street, which was a hassle.

This hotel met needs in every way, couldn't recommend more. Little venue, magnificent location really close to the centre, the beaches and fishing spots and a rain forest, really enjoyed our stay. In general the staff were excellent and pretty friendly...

I stayed for a weekend getaway with friends and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The cabin was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped for our group of five, with a clean kitchen that made cooking family dinners a breeze. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the wharf. We appreciated the warm beds with electric blankets and the friendly caretaker who made us feel welcome. The campground area offered lovely walking paths along the creek, enhancing our experience with nature.
Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

The addition of a spa bath was a good surprise, offering a luxurious touch to unwind after a busy day. The friendly staff further enhanced the experience, making me feel welcome and well taken care of.
Nonetheless, this minor issue did not significantly detract from my overall experience.

This hotel offers a lovely location with a beautiful forest feel, complete with a natural creek running through the hotel. The cabins were spotlessly clean, and the beds were super comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. Plus, there’s a nice little spa bath in the rooms, which adds a lovely touch to the experience.
Check-in could be a bit smoother; however, all else was fine.

The cabins were cozy and clean, perfect for a quick getaway. While they could use a bit of TLC, the comfy beds and helpful staff made up for it. The location's great for exploring nearby attractions, and the convenience store out front is a nice touch!

I had a great value stay with a cozy cabin that felt homey and was well-equipped for a simple getaway. The staff were friendly, and the location was perfect, with a lovely stream nearby and easy access to local attractions.
Breakfast delights could be improved with a wider selection of pastries.

Had fine stay for one night, the staff were pleasant, location was ideal in the west coast. Really enjoyed the way our cottage with bunk beds was arranged. Location: the hotel was just next door to shops and the harbour and Gordon river and attractions in the area. Also, there was Beaches within only 5 minutes' walk.
